USE COUNCIL
USE DURING EXERCISE or just before.
- To be used regularly during training sessions and matches.
- 1 can of drink = 1 match or 1 hour.
In a can or bottle, add 600mL of water to 2 measuring spoons. 3/4 full of ENERGY+ energy drink (40g). Mix and the drink is ready to drink.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
- Once opened, the jar can be stored for several days in a dry place.
- Once reconstituted, the drink can be kept for 24 hours if stored in a cool place.
