General terms and conditions
Article 1 - Purpose and acceptance of the GCS
INGENER8 offers sportswear, accessories and services for sale (hereinafter referred to as the «Products»).
These terms and conditions govern the sale of Products by INGENER8 on the INGENER8 website.
https://influ8nutrition.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») to any individual of legal age purchasing Products for use outside his or her professional activity (hereinafter referred to as the «Customer»).
When the customer clicks on the «Confirm order» button, he acknowledges that he has read these terms and conditions of sale and accepts them unreservedly.
The Customer is therefore invited to read the following clauses carefully.
The Customer may not purchase any of the Products presented on the Site without having first accepted these GTC.
For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Customer and INGENER8 are collectively referred to as the «Parties» and individually referred to as the «Party».
Article 2 - Products
2.1 Key features and presentation
The photographs or illustrations of products presented on the site are non-contractual.
Consequently, INGENER8 cannot be held liable for any non-conformity.
INGENER8 informs the customer of the essential characteristics of the products offered for sale (brand, model, price, guarantees, technical characteristics, etc.).
INGENER8 undertakes to deliver products which comply with current laws and regulations.
2.2 Availability
INGENER8 undertakes to honour orders while stocks last.
In the absence of availability, the customer will be informed by e-mail and may cancel or modify the order.
In the event of cancellation, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
Article 3 - Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but exclusive of transport costs and any import duties.
The VAT applied is that in force on the day the order is validated.
Delivery costs are indicated before validation and are free for purchases of €100 and over.
INGENER8 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Article 4 - Customer account
Orders are placed online.
The customer can create an account with login and password.
INGENER8 cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in the event of an error in contact details.
Article 5 - Placing an order
The customer selects his products, validates his order and proceeds to payment.
Validation of the order implies acceptance of these GCS.
An acknowledgement of receipt is sent by e-mail with the essential information (order number, characteristics, price, delivery, guarantees, etc.).
Article 6 - Payment and retention of title
Payment is due at the time of order and is made by credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD).
The products remain the property of INGENER8 until full payment has been received.
In the event of non-payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Article 7 - Payment security
The site uses an SSL security system.
In the event of a malfunction, a Paypal system may be offered.
Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are generally 5 working days in metropolitan France.
Delivery costs depend on the mode chosen and are indicated before validation.
Article 8.1 - Delivery outside mainland France
INGENER8 can deliver to French overseas departments and territories and to international destinations.
Customs duties may apply and are payable by the customer.
Article 9 - Acceptance and compliance
The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products on receipt.
All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Article 10 - Warranties
Products are guaranteed for 2 years against any design or manufacturing defect.
Legal warranties of conformity and latent defects apply in accordance with the French Consumer Code and the French Civil Code.
Article 11 - Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product at his own expense.
The refund includes the standard price and delivery charges, provided that the product is returned complete and in perfect condition.
Article 12 - Liability
INGENER8 declines all responsibility in the event of incorrect use of the products, Internet-related problems or force majeure.

Article 14 - Personal data
The data collected is necessary for order management.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, customers have the right to access, rectify and object to the use of their personal data by writing to

Article 15 - Force majeure
INGENER8 may not be held liable in the event of unforeseeable and irresistible external events preventing the execution of the contract.
Article 16 - Non-waiver
Failure to invoke a clause does not constitute a waiver of its subsequent application.
Article 17 - Modification
INGENER8 reserves the right to modify these GCS at any time.
Orders are governed by the version in force at the time of validation.
Article 18 - Independence of clauses
If any clause of these GTC is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.
Article 19 - Applicable law - Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator or to the competent courts in France.
